With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through heatmaps, session recordings and usage metrics. Microsoft processes usage data using cookies and other technologies to help us improve our website. Form fields are masked and staff pages are excluded. You can allow or decline this optional recording and change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Embedded Guesty booking services have their own privacy practices; their cross-domain content is not visible in our Clarity recordings. Our site also uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to provide. We also record the page, language and a security fingerprint used to prevent spam and abuse. Our site may receive limited technical information such as browser, device and IP-related information through standard web requests.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to answer your request, coordinate a viewing or assessment, and operate the Everyplace website. Messages may be delivered to the Everyplace team through our secure email provider and are stored in our private lead system. We do not publish inquiry details or sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data. Access is limited to authorized Everyplace personnel. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure; we retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, operations or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and operational or legal requirements. You may also choose not to submit a form; however, we may then be unable to respond through the website.
