Our standard check-in and check-out times apply uniformly across all our apartments. Guests can check in starting at 3:00 PM. For check-out, we kindly request guests to vacate their accommodations by 11:00 AM, allowing our team sufficient time to prepare for incoming guests. Should you require flexibility with these times, please feel free to reach out. 

At our properties, you can expect the following amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, and complimentary toiletries. While some additional amenities may vary depending on the property, these basics are included across all our accommodations. While the majority of our properties do not accommodate pets, we do have a select few that are pet-friendly.

We offer three different cancellation policies depending on the property:

Strict:

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Firm:

• Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

• If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

• After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

• No refund after that.

Firm or Non-refundable:In addition to the Firm policy, we offer a non-refundable option.

• Guests pay 10% less, but we keep our payout no matter when they cancel.

Our guest policy ensures compliance with local regulations and promotes a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Here are the key points:  

• Entry Restrictions: Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not allowed in the building unless they provide notarized permission from their parents. Minors accompanied by their parents must provide an original birth certificate (physical format). Expired documents are not accepted.

• Identification: All guests must register at the front desk using their Colombian ID or passport (physical format). ‘Contraseñas’ are not allowed. For Venezuelan citizens, only updated passports or PEP (Permiso Especial de Permanencia) along with another document to verify the PEP information are accepted.

• Occupancy Limits:

  • For daily or weekly bookings, guests are allowed up to a total of 3 invited guests (4 including the primary guest) per 7-day stay. The maximum occupancy at any time is 4 individuals. Repeat overnight guests should be registered on the original reservation, and all registered guests have the right to stay for the entire reservation duration.

  • For monthly bookings, there’s no explicit limit to invited guests; however, we don’t allow more than +3 guests (4 including the primary guest) to occupy the apartment at any given time.

Additional fees and taxes may apply depending on the type of booking and method of payment:

Cleaning Fee: While all bookings include the base rental cost, there may be an additional cleaning fee. The amount of this fee varies depending on whether you are booking for a daily or monthly rental. Please refer to the booking details for specific information regarding cleaning fees.

Payment Method Fee: Certain payment methods may incur an extra fee. Please review the following details:

Credit Card: +5%

International wire transfer: +$50 USD

Colombian Wire transfer: no fee

For all bookings made through our website, a security deposit will be required in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card. The specific amount of the deposit is determined by the property being booked and the duration of your stay. This deposit will be held throughout the duration of your stay and released upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. 

In addition to booking directly through our website, you can also reserve accommodations via popular platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. These channels offer a variety of properties to suit your preferences and needs.

Regrettably, our properties are not suitable for events or parties. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding such gatherings to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests and maintain the integrity of our accommodations.
